Nike Distribution Center

This single-purpose venture completed the design/build 335,000 sf distribution center for Nike and was built on time and on budget. At the time Nike required outside financing for their rapid growth as the cost of the facility approached their tangible net worth. Capital funds were placed with an institutional lender with equity from an international private investor.
